OFFICIAL SCREENING & RELEASE PARTY

PART 1: THE SCREENING
on the ALAMO ON DEMAND and SCENER platforms
The watch party portion of the evening will all be taking place on SCENER, a Chrome browser extension. Follow all the steps below to make sure you have all the tech you need to join the watch party and enjoy all the extra content!
Install the Scener plugin for Chrome. (Make sure you have the Chrome browser first.) The plugin is what allows you to join the watch party, see the text chat, and watch the live feed (including the intro/toast before the film as well as the Q&A after).
Get the movie. Sometime on Sunday you will receive an email from Alamo On Demand telling you that the movie has been added to your library. If you don’t already have an Alamo On Demand account, it will prompt you to create one (it’s free).
Starting at 4:30 PM PST / 7:30 PM PST on Sunday, you can click the JOIN PARTY button in the Virtual Alamo Drafthouse Theater. The Alamo pre-show will start at 4:45, and around 5PM writer/director Adam Egypt Mortimer will come on live to kick off the night’s events!

HAVING TROUBLE?
If you notice that the stream isn’t loading, or has stopped, simply REFRESH the Scener page. If the problem persists, close all your windows and re-click the “Join Party” button on Scener. This will re-launch both the theater screen and the chat screen. There will be Alamo techs in the chat to help troubleshoot as well, and you can also reach out to support at ondemand@drafthouse.com or team@legionm.com so we can help!
PART 2: THE AFTERPARTY
on the GATHER.TOWN platform
Once the toast, film screening, and Q&A are complete, we invite you to head on over to the 8-bit after-party on Gather.town! “Gather” is a virtual event space, like if Zoom and NES The Legend of Zelda had a baby (then went away for the weekend leaving Alamo Drafthouse in charge of babysitting).
You will receive an email with a direct link to the after-party during the screening. (You don’t need to create a Gather.town account ahead of time, unless you want to be extra!)
Customize your avatar and enter an 8-bit world of wonder crafted with love by the Alamo Drafthouse virtual events team, complete with games, photo booths, Easter eggs, a live DJ, character actors, side quests, and so much more to discover. If that sounds like fun to you, then YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THIS PARTY!

We’ve devised three ARCHENEMY-themed cocktails for you to enjoy during the party. Unfortunately, we can’t send you the ingredients to make them, so you’ll need to make a quick trip to the packy, or order them from your favorite delivery service like Drizly!
GET DRESSED UP!
8-bit party, but dressed to the 9s. The event is virtual, the vibe is real — and we’re breaking out our best outfits to strut that digital red carpet. Not to mention there are BRAGGING RIGHTS on the line. We’ll be snail-mailing four very REAL trophies to the winners of these virtual contests:
