Episode 4 - Preparing for Battle

Dear Legion M Reservation Holders, 

It's been about 3 weeks since our last update. We've got some really big news brewing, but unfortunately we're not (legally!) allowed to talk about it yet. Our lawyers told us we needed to "duct tape our mouths shut". As hard as it is (OK, to be honest it was a relief for us all to duct tape Jeff's mouth shut), we're following their advice. But PLEASE STAY TUNED!

BLEAK HOUSE
As you can see from the photo above, we had the honor of sitting down with Guillermo del Toro last weekend at Bleak House where he shared his time, insight and a little bit of his rarified world.  
We talked about a lot of things with Guillermo, including some potential Legion M projects! He's an extremely busy and sought after man, but he was very generous with both his time and advice. He was very complimentary about Legion M, and excited about the future of fan-owned entertainment.
 
He’s also excited about the work of filmmakers like Ti West (The Roost and the upcoming In a Valley of Violence with John Travolta and Ethan Hawke) and the Duplass Brothers (The Puffy Chair, Jeff, Who Lives at Home and the HBO television series Togetherness).

If you are interested in learning more about Guillermo, his work, and his remarkable collection of artifacts from the Bleak House, check out his forthcoming museum tour.  The tour will open at The Los Angeles County Museum of Art this July, and it promises to be fantastic.  For those of you outside of the LA area, the exhibit will be going on tour in the United States and around the world over the next few years.

INVESTMENT
If you've been to our website recently you might have noticed some changes. That's because a little over a week ago we officially paused our "testing the waters campaign". What does this mean? Simply that we've entered a new phase in our campaign to become the world's first FAN OWNED entertainment company. 

Many of you--especially our early reservation holders--are probably wondering when you can finally become an official owner!  Due to SEC rules, we are not allowed to reveal any more details, but rest assured that we will e-mail you the minute we have permission to share. As we said above--STAY TUNED!


JOBS Act
On May 12th, Title III of the JOBS Act goes into effect, completing a historic reform of early stage investment.
